Does A Negative 4th-gen HIV Tests At 13 And 31 Days Confirm I’m HIV-free?

I had sucked the nipples of a masseue , i dont know about her status . I got some rashes and 1 day of fever a week after that. i then went for 4Gen ECLIA test at 13th and 31 days both came out to be negative .Do i Have a chance of contracting hiv. The rashes went away with generic lotions

Hi,

Generally window period for 4th generation HIV test is 18-45 days. Hence, results on 13 & 31 days may not be contributory. You should take this test again on 45 day. By this period 99% of the positive cases should show up in this test.
