Hi,

I have gone carefully through your concern. The thyroid nodule you have is too small to cause symptoms and does not need a biopsy. You need to check the thyroid hormones in blood and rule out under active thyroid as your symptoms suggest.

-TSH, Ft4 and Ft3 would be of help. I would be happy to review your performed tests for another professional opinion. I am always at your disposal for any other questions whenever you need.

Wishing all the best,
Dr. Mirjeta
