Does A Pancreatic Hemangioma Cause Severe Abdominal Pain?

I was just told today that I have a Hemangioma on my Pancreas. No further info yet, as I am awaiting a Urology appointment for a Bladder issue and 2 small (2cm x 3cm) spots on my Adrenal glands (1 of which I was told was benign). I've had a CT scan (with & without contrast) and an MRI in the last week. Lots of questions yet to be answered in the coming days. I just wanted you to have as much info as I know right now. This all started because I've been having increasing sharp pains in my abdominal area. So, the only real question I have right now is: What is a Pancreas Hemangioma? and is it a possible/ probable issue - or could it become one?
