Does A Paraovarian Cyst In The Vagina Cause Irregular Menstruation?

I had my period last June 29 and last for 4 days. Then 15 days after I had a light bleeding for 5days, I decided to go to the doctor for check up and saw in the transvaginal ultrasound that I have paraovarian cyst. My OB told me to take duphaston for 10 days then after 10days I should have my period back. Am wondering that it is already 8 days now and I haven t had my period yet. what does this mean?
