Does A Razor Bump Has Pus Formation?

I had some razor bumps on my vagina but I noticed one bump that stood out it was big about the size of a pea I didnt want to pop it but it felt like it was full with fluid. I squeezed it a little and white-yellowish pus came out then immediately blood came out. I rushed to the shower. The bleeding stopped and the bump went down a little. Was that a razor bump?
