Does A Second Dose Of Immunization Vaccination Harm The Child?

My daughter is almost three and I am 100% certain that she has had her previous vaccines but when the immunization records came in from another state the vaccinations were not recorded on the record. They are saying she is in the window to do the catch up. If she has had the scheduled vaccinations before, will giving her the catch up harm her or have any negative effects?
