Does A Skipped Period, Cramping With Pink Discharge Indicate Pregnancy?

Hi there I have the nexplanon for a year and I never had any problems with my period except the last 2 month s inhave been late but last month I was a week late and started. This month there s no period. Just cramping with back pain and pink discharge. Do you think I m pregnant?

mostly no, but it's better to get once urine pregnancy test done to rule out pregnancy . and prolactin levels and thyroid levels to rule out hormone imbalances.
