Does A Tilted Heart In The Fetus Indicate Possibility Of Down S Syndrome?

I am 23 weeks pregnant and just had my ultrasound today. they noticed on the ultrasound that my baby s heart is tilted...they are sending me to a specialist in Salt Lake City, Utah for further testing. Please please help me understand this. Everything I read with heart defects says that is also a leading cause of down syndrome...is this true? does a tilted heart mean my baby has down syndrome?

Good day and thank you for posting this question. Tilted heart does not mean your baby has down syndrome and it also does not mean your baby has a heart defect. It might be how the person doing the scan position the scanner probe. Don't be scared, kindly see the specialist and listen to what he has to say.
I hope it helps.
Thank you.
