General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Stones less than 4mm usually pass by itself. As of now drink plenty of water as it will help to flush the stone away. If symptoms persist or in case of obstruction, surgical removal of the stone may be needed.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
