Does A Wisdom Tooth Swelling And Lesion Require Immediate Medical Attention?

This morning I started feeling pain in the back of my mouth behind where my wisdom teeth were when I came home and examined it in the mirror I saw a red lesion should I be concerned? I thought it might be caused from my invisiline but it doesn't seem to touch that area

Hello. This is probably a gum/tooth infection and you need to see a doctor for a course of antibiotics to clear it before you see a dentist
