Does A Yeast Infection Cause An Odor, Yellow Discharge And Vaginal Itching?

Does a yeast infection have an odor, yellow discharge, cottage like cheese discharge, itching vaginal area, occasional burning. I also have cramps, but that may be my period because it is around that time of the month. I’ve never had a yeast infection before!

The symptoms you have described possibly suggestive of yeast infection commonly known as thrush. You can go for a vaginal swab to confirm the diagnosis. As of now you can apply clotrimazole vaginal lotion for cleaning the genital region. “V-wash” is a popular brand available over the counter.
