Hi

Periods may occur preponed due to stress, pregnancy, endometriosis and in hormonal imbalance disorders.

You may have to take a blood beta hcg test or an urine test to rule out pregnancy.

Early and light periods in the form of spotting can occur during implantation. Implantation bleeding can occur 10 to 14 days after conception and is considered normal.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
