Does Abdominal Pain Require Medical Attention?

Calling for friend with limited computer access. Explained she s having abdominal pain in the morning. Describes it as a cramping like pain. No constipation or urinary issues. Not sure whether a doctor s appointment is necessary or just wait it out. Suggestions?

Hello,

If abdominal pain in the morning in empty stomach usually gastritis due to acidity. Let him take Tab. Pan 40 in empty stomach. and after 15 mts take food and review.
