Hi,
When was she supposed to get her period?
Postinor taken in the second half of menstrual cycle can delay the period by a week. So don't get worried.
However if she misses her period by more than a week, she should get her pregnancy test done. This is because Postinor is not 100% effective. There is a small possibility of method failure.

To avoid such unnecessary stress I advise her to consult her doctor and start regular contraception like hormonal contraception or have an intrauterine devise fitted as they are very effective than Postinor in preventing pregnancy.
I hope I have answered to your satisfaction. If you have any further queries do contact me through healthcare magic
