Does Acute Epididimytitis Hamper The Chance Of Pregnancy?

i've been diagnose of acute epididimytitis, spermatocele, varicoucele... i'm 31 years old, married and don't have a child... my doctor said i had to undergo surgery to remove the cyst... is there a possibility that i will no longer or any chance to have a child?
