Does Adderall Have Any Side Effects?

hi, I am a college student and i have recently been having trouble focusing on my papers and studying for all my tests, so one of my friends gave me an adderall and suggested i try it to see if it helped. well long story short, i was able to do more in the 5 or 6 hours after i took that one pill than ever before, period. so i was wondering, am i adha and do i should i go talk to my doctor about it?
