Does Addiction To Tobacco Affect One S Libido?

I am addicted to chew tobbaco since last 8 years. So far, I have been unable to satisfy my sexual desires due to shortened erection. I used some time delaying tablets and sprays too, but they seems making no impact. I want to live and enjoy a happy sex life. Does it affect medicine impact when somebody is addicted to tobbaco?
