Frequent urination, every 10 mins (unmarried female)- Is a symptom of may be urinary tract infection.

If you do not have any other complaints and ur urine test, revealed only trace albumin. Then you need to consult a urologist. However kidney damage normally presents with decreased urination (or absent urination). In your case and your age it is highly unlikely that would have occurred.
