Does Alcohol Along With Amoxicillin And Benadryl Cause Vomiting?

Hi, I am on the sixth day of taking amoxicillin after a pretty bad strep throat infection. Last night I had some alcohol and noticed a rash on my forearm developing so I took a benedryl. This morning the rash was gone but I was vomiting a lot (I never ever vomit) and have had very low energy the whole day and been nauseous. Is this from the combination? Age: 24Height: 5 8 Weight: 125 lbs Little-no medical history, pretty healthy and no allergies.
