Does Alcoholism And Drug Abuse Relate To Ganser Syndrome?

My 32 year old daughter had a car accident head injury 10 years ago and could this be a sign of Ganser Syndrome cause a year ago her personality has progressively changed in a negative way? This syndrome also relates to alcoholism and she is an alcoholic/meth user?

Yes. Alcohol on long term use in dependence pattern affect our nervous system and also accident might have some brain injury and after that he has change in personality.
