Does Alcoholism And Drug Abuse Relate To Ganser Syndrome?

My 32 year old daughter had a car accident head injury 10 years ago and could this be a sign of Ganser Syndrome cause a year ago her personality has progressively changed in a negative way? This syndrome also relates to alcoholism and she is an alcoholic/meth user?
