Can an alkaline phosphatase level of 113 cause muscle cramps, dry brittle hair and nails, and fatigue? I am a 69 year old female in good health otherwise. Been checked by endocrinologist. Regular doctor says it's depression. Where do I go to understand this?

did you had your vit.D levels done? do you have any sleep issues or mood swings in episodes occuring more frequently then usual?
