Does Amoxycillin Cause Diaper Rash And Black Stools?

My 7 month old was diagnosed with an ear infection and teething a little over a week ago. She was put on amoxicillian to treat the infection since then she developed a diaper rash and occasionally has black stool. She doesn t seem to be in pain and acts normal. Should I be concerned?
