Does An Abortion Affect A Future Pregnancy?

Good day doctor I have recently had an abortion in April 2017. Soon after that which is two weeks I got injected with petogen. I have a 4 year old healthy boy. I am not trying for my second baby and scared that the abortion might have hindered my chances since I had another abortion last year May 2016. Please help. I really want a baby
