Hi,

Thanks for writing to us.

Taking anti D injection is harmless. It is actually beneficial to the next pregnancy. When the mother is Rh negative and the baby is positive the mother's body produces antibodies against the baby. Anti D injection will help neutralise it and protect the baby. The next baby gets the benefit.

Hope this was useful. If you have any further is queries please write back.

With best wishes
