Does An Itching Lump On The Right Side Of Perineum Related To Prostate Issues?

Lump on perineum, right side, looks like a pink pimple. It itches, no pain. 44 male, 5 11 , 190 lbs. have had a prostate biopsy 2 years ago. Current PSA is 5.2. Scheduling another biopsy after first of year. Husband is worried this lump has something to do with his prostate.

I can understand this the nature of lesion and the site which is being described here is nothing to take with the prostrate gland but this could be non specific swelling and this will go away on its own, hope this information helps you have nice day.
