Does An Ovarian Cyst Cause Upper Abdominal Pain?

Recently gotten an ultrasound due to my pregnancy, I m 20 years old and 14 weeks along, and my doctor said I had an ovarian cyst. He said it was pretty large and I have a follow up with a specialist, but in the mean time having lots of upper abdominal pain. Is this related to the cyst? And if so, is there anything I can take for the pain?

yes the pain can be due to this ovarian cyst, since it is large in size can cause pain. you can take some NSIDS to relieve this pain along with the treatment for ovarian cyst
