Does An Unusual Mole Near The Armpit Need To Be Looked At?

Hi ! A time ago i had a weird mole type thing near my armpit its was purple i tried peeling it and when I did little blood came out and it kinda hurt. And now it still there dark purple really small but thick and hurts if i try peeling not sure what is it please help me out
