Does Anemia Cause Dry And Brittle Hair With Greasy Scalp?

Hello, I found out I m anemic a few days ago after years of ignoring symptoms. My hair started falling out that s when I really noticed something wasn t right. But I have also been noticing that my hair is getting extremely dry and brittle especially near the ends I cut off all my split ends and the next day I have double the amount. I have also been getting dry scalp but the hair closer to my scalp gets very greasy. Are these symptoms that come with anemia and will it go away as I take my supplements or could it be another problem

Hi,
This problem might be due to anemia or having some scalp infection producing this type of scalp skin.
Rule out thyroid as well.
consult dermatologist and get examined.
