Does Anesthesia Affect Count Or Quality Of Sperm?

my husband had surgery yesterday under general anesthesia. we are trying to get pregnant this month will the anesthesia affect his sperm count or condition of sperm in anyway? should he ejaculate now to get rid of this sperm to build up a new supply of sperm?

No,anaesthesia does not affect sperm count in anyway,a nd if you are trying to get pregnant,yiur husband should abstain from sex for a few days,to improve quality of semen.
But give time for recovery from his operation.
