Does Anesthesia Cause Sneezing And Running Nose?

I had an epidoral shot today in my back for a herniated disc, as soon as I got into the car to come home I started sneezing and have had a stuffy and runny nose, it is going on about 7 hours, I had this same procedure about 3 weeks ago and had no problem. Could there be some side effect to the anesthesia? Thank you.
