Does Ankylosing Spodylitis Cause Numbness Of Fingertip On Left Hand?

Hi, I'm a 22 year old student that has been diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis about a year ago. I'm 1.6metres tall (5.25ft) and weight 60kg (132lbs). Ever since I've been diagnosed, I've been really active and health and fitness conscience. I recently started experiencing numbness in my pinky fingertip on my left hand. Is this normal? Will it go away? Is there any treatment for it?
