Does Ankylosing Spondylitis Is Related With Loss Of Eye Lashes?

Hello, I have Ankylosing Spondylitis. Over the last two years my eye lashes on one eye have fallen out in a cyclic manner. Is there any relationship? Iam 43years old, within my recommended weight range. I have had two recent biopsies of my eye lid, both inconclusive. Do you have any suggestions?
