Does Anti Rabies Vaccine Lead To Hair Loss?

i was jsut scrached n bit a little be a small kiten..itz lyke i took di tetanis injection n tdy got my forst shot for rabbies..i just heard sum of my friend saying that rabbies injection causes hairloss in humans....taking antirabies vaccine may cause hairloss.m 2 concenred..plzee help me n reply asap
