Does Antibiotic Use Cause Any Harmful Effects?

i had periodontal surgery 3 years ago and after that 2 years it worked fine
but from past 6 months there is bleeding in my gums and even i can observe 2 mm pockets my doctor suggested to use moxikind cv 625 it is working fine..but my question is in future will my health gets affected beacause of using antibiotics??
