Does Antibiotics Cause Stomach Ache?

Hi, I have recently had a sore throat and checty cough, the sore throat was so bad that I was given antibiotics which have helped but then I developed ear ache. After several days I am starting to feel better but now I feel sick and have stomach ache. Could this be connected to the antibiotics? I am getting fed up and just want to feel weel enough to get back to work.
