Does Anxiety When Being Alone Indicate A Panic Disorder?

Hi I m a 30 year old women and I find it extremely hard to venture out on my own. I always need someone by my side to go out of the house. I dropped out of college for the same reason. I just don t know what to do. It s so hard for me to go out alone, it becomes a life and death situation for me and I start thinking of committing suicide. What should I do?

I really appreciate your concern, this is the psychological elements playing the role behind this and it is better to go for counselling, if this is the suicidal tendency being developing then better to take great care of this, inform it to psychiatrist and to near one hope this information helps.
