Does Application Of Vicks On The Penis Improves Blood Circulation?
Hello, probably have a really dumb question. My brother rubs a lil bit of Vic’s on his penis and wraps it up. Not getting any on the head or scrotum. Says it helps with circulation. Is this true?? I’m sure it can be painful or burn. But says a lil amount helps circulate and doesn’t burn. Thank you
