Does Arm Hair Grow Back Even More Darker After Removing Them?

I had a fracture in my right arm.after the cast removal my arm hair appears to more dark and its growth has also increased.I was thinking of removing them with razor or surgical blade.But does removing it makes hair grow back even more darke??????? it is been 5 months after cast removal

hi..i read ur complain carefully n understand ur concern..yes definitely removing hair with razor or blade makes it more darker n thick.better to remove ur hair from wax or epilator.. because it ll remove hair from roots..hair 'll grow back after long time n it 'll not effect the thickness and darkness of hair.
