Does Arthritis Cause Cramps And Pain In The Arms And Thighs?
I am 62 years old and have just been diagonised (sp) with cervical spiral stenosis, after I haven t been able to stand up straight over the summer. What are the treatments out their? I have extensive pain in arms, cramps in thighs, neck and shoulder pain due to arthritis? thank you and good morning

yes ..arthritis is a joint disease but it also involves the adjoining muscles and tendons ..please get urself checked for vit d and calcium level besides drig for arthritis ..and do muscle strengthening exercises of mild to moderate intensity ..
