Does Arthritis In The Spine Cause Excessive Vaginal Discharge?

I am a 66 year old female. I do hard physical labor, which included, this summer, lifting and throwing hay bales that weigh about 50 pounds. About eight weeks ago I began having a slight, infrequent vaginal discharge. a couple of weeks after that, I had lower back pain. I thought I might have a kidney stone; I had one a few years ago. I went to a walk in clinic where they x-rayed my back and said I had arthritis in my spine and a UTI. I took antibiotics for 7 days, and said to follow up with an orthopedic specialist. Can back strain or arthritis cause a vaginal discharge ?

hi mam, back strain or spine arthritis is in no way related to vaginal discharge.if my patient has similar symptoms,i would first think of any cervical pathology owing to age>60yrs.cervical cancer also presents with vaginal discharge and pelvic pain or low back pain in advanced cases.pap smear is suggested to rule out this condition.so please go for a pap smear test done and upload results.i'm always happy to help you.take care.bye.
