Does Aspirin Based Medication Cause Thinning Of Blood Leading To Heavy Periods?

i used a generic tampon from my room mates box because i ran out, and its one of my heavy middle days of my cycle, well i bled though it in 5 hours while i was sleeping, i also have been talking what i now realize is aspirin based for cramps this week, thinning my blood. i woke up realized it was soaked and run to the bathroom but blood started running down my legs, and it scared me. after reading online everything seem like its explained but i just wanted to check
