Does Aspirin Relaxes The Pain In Head After A Trauma?

My wife and I were laying on the couch and I fell off the couch. I fell off. She says that somehow I hit her in the top of the head when I was falling with my elbow. She was in moderate and noticeable pain for about 10-minutes. She sat still and laid down for about 15-minutes and the pain began to subside and go away. She is 50- years of age. She occasionally (about 7- 10 times a month) takes naproxen (250mg/tablet) for pain based on her fibroid tumor pain discomfort. She also takes iron vitamin supplements and Vitamin- C pill supplements. The impact was fairly moderate. She is alert, no vomiting, dizziness, blurred vision, or any other type of symptoms. It s probably been about 30-minutes and she is in no pain and relaxing fine. Her pain and discomfort appear to mainly have subsided. Should she simply continue to relax and take an aspirin than and see what happens or what?
