General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello

Inflammation of the respiratory tract is usual when suffering from chronic conditions as asthma or else. The abdomen condition can be secondary to the irritation of the underlying diaphragm which is beneath the lower lobe of right side lung tissue. However, a detail study of:
- Lab data with complete hemogram
- Chest X-ray (PA view)
- CT scan of the chest
- Pulmonary function tests as spirometry or peak flow meter are necessary for the further in depth analysis of the cause and manage accordingly

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
