Does Ayur Slim Have Any Side Effects?

i am over weight and i had a miscarriage before 4 months.so doctor prescribed me to loose some weight before i conceive again.i am planning for baby after 3 or 4 months.i am also doing gym exercises but effects are very slow, so i just want to know if i take any Ayurvedic weight loss pill like Himalaya's "Ayur slim" then is there any side effects to conceive.

I would suggest you not to go through any OTC products for weight reduction because its a complete waste of money and your health as well. You will end up with either NO EFFECT or HEAVY SIDE EFFECTS ( as per my clinical experiences). Don't ever think that Ayurvedic products are free from side effects.
Ayurveda can help you in weight reduction very effectively but your weight reduction program will be strictly designed as per your diagnosis.
In weight reduction program through Ayurveda "EATING is much more IMPORTANT THAN DIETING".
To suggest you any medicines, diet or exercise, i need to know about your exact WEIGHT and HEIGHT which you didn't reveal.

However, in short, in my clinic i suggest ( to the ladies facing difficulty in conception due to obesity...) following general measures....
1. Don't ever try to suppress your hunger, it will lead to rebound obesity which is difficult to manage.
2. Whenever you are hungry, take NON-NOURISHING diet up to your satisfaction.
A MEDICINE will be helpful only with a befitting DIET CHART in your case (miscarriage + obesity).
