Does Back Injury Cause Difficulty In Urinating?

I fell off a tailgate of A truck about 2 weeks ago I have this huge swelling at bottom of my spine. Now for last week or so I have the inability to urinate . I do go but it takes forever and only a small amount at. Time. Do u think the back has anything to do with the problem of not being able to urinate even tho I know I have to go very badly and my stomach hurts.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptom of difficulty in voiding need to be taken seriously after the accidental injury because this could be spinal cord injury (Nerve damage) better to see the neurophysician, never to take this as granted, hope this information helps, take care, and have a nice day.
