Does Baker's Cysts Have Any Connection With Swelling In Mouth?

The floor of my mouth is very swollen on each side inside where the teeth sit. I have recently been diagnosed with bakers cyst on both knees. What is the possible mouth problem? Is there any possible connection to the inflammation of the Baker's cysts? Thank you for any help you can give and suggestions as to what kind of DR to see.
