Does Basal Ganglia Hemorrhage Cause Permanent Hair Loss?

hi my mother had the basal ganglia hemorrhage about 26 days ago and she is still unable to talk and move her right side. doctors gave only antihypertensive drugs. my question is that how long she take to completely heal and her head hair loss is also visible is it connected with hemorrhage? in hemorrhage loss of eating sense also occur or not?
