General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Back pain is unlikely to related to the child birth. There may be many reasons for a backache. Scoliosis, pinched nerve, or joint probiems. I would suggest getting an MRI of the spine after examination to know the cause.

The management generally depends on the cause. This include physitherpay, heat pads and certain drugs. Few times surgory or steroids injection may be needed. You may see a neurosurgeon for proper plan.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
