Does Beginning To Use Brown Inhaler Causes Nervous Sensations?

my 11 year old daughter is experiencing butterflies before most events in her life from going to school to attending swimming lessons. She also has a complete aversion to feeling sick and becomes panicky when she does to the point of almost not being able to speak. About a month ago she was put on a brown inhaler; this seems to coincide with these nervous sensations (not the sickness phobia). is there likely to be a connection? She has always been a confident easy going girl.
