Does Being Early Menopausal Affect Memory?

hi,im qm,lnie 32 years of age, 5'3" height,60 kg in weight and im suffered hodgskins lymphoma 7 years ago and since then my menstruation was stopped..im a graduate of bachelor of law in the philippines,i want to take my bar examination this coming november of 2011.i am difficulting in memorizing and understanding most of the provisions of the law ..is there any problem with my memory due to the fact that ive taking alot of medicines and early menopausal?
